I find a William PRIMMER married to a Jane McCluir at the Muitzeskill REformed Dutch Church in Town of Schodack, Renss Co. on 11 Mar 1792 - maybe this is the parents of your William PRIMMER born about 1795? I find no reference to any PRIMMER births in my source - which is "Vital Records of the Town of Schodack" by Mrs L Harris. Also show a Joseph, Peter and William PRIMMER in 1830 census for Schodack and a William PRIMMER age 84 in 1850 census with Catherine age 40 (Schodack) Hope this helps a little..
