Hello all, I am trying to find information on my g g grandfather Washington L. Taylor and his wife Mary Ann Taylor. Washington enlisted in the 43rd NY Vol. Infantry in 1862, and within two months was dead of disease in Maryland. His wife Mary Ann remarried, to Daniel Crane. She is buried in the Larkin Cemetery in Hoag Corners. Washington and Mary Ann had at least two sons. John W. Taylor (buried in Nassau) and (Frank B. Taylor) from whom I am descended, and who died in Danbury, CT. If anyone has any information regarding any of these individuals, I would sure appreciate it. I'm still waiting for Washington's Service Record from DC, as well as Mary Ann's widow's pension information, which may be helpful. Thanks a lot, and good hunting!
