The NYS Library does not charge NY residents for microfilms sent on interlibrary loan. For out-of-state mailings there is a $10 charge. What you can order for the $10 is four consecutive microfilms. That was what I was told a few months ago even though the website did not mention that they had to be consecutive. Maybe it has been corrected by now. Cliff
