I found a very interesting URL today. It shows a US map and then shows the changes of boundaries over the years. It is animated. It seems to show that Vermont and even New Hampshire were once part of NY until at least 1750, which would have meant that they would have been part of Albany Co. http://www.ac.wwu.edu/~stephan/48states.html Does anyone know the URL for a RootsWeb or GenWeb site for those two states?
