Hello all------ I'm new to your list. My Great Grandfather, William CAREY/CARY indicated on his declaration of intent to become a citizen that, in 1835, he was living in Coeymans, NY, having arrived there in 1830, but it was his intent to settle in Greenbush in Renssalear County. Does anyone on this list have access to the 1830 or 1840 census for Greenbush? In 1830, William would have been single, or possibly married to Margaret, and may have had Margaret's mother living with them. By 1840, they would have added Patrick, b. 1833, Robert b. 1834, and Richard b. 1839 to the family. They ultimately emigrated to Wisconsin in 1854 [Aurora, Waushara County, now called Auroraville].
