    3. I got a similar message from this address. I checked out www.gfn.org and it's a non-profit ISP based in Flint MI. It just looks to me like someone on that server has a virus. I did try to open the attachment but couldn't. Since my machine is Macintosh it may be impossible. (which is just as well).     3. Hi Dave, The only .pif (program information file) files I've ever seen are in Windows. They can be edited, Windows comes with a pif editor, but usually they're not destructive. Not sure if this is the same type of file you got, haven't seen the virus personally, but that's OK with me. :) Roni
