In uploading all the the 3rd ward to my site, I noticed the link to the 1st ward was not on the Troy page. Since I am constantly playing with the pages on my site, I inadvertently eliminated it and didn't realize it. So if you go to the url below my name, click on New York, Troy, Census, you will find both the 1st ward and the 3rd ward completely on line.
