Hi all, Found this notation in the archives of this list: <<"Book of Records, Names Interments &c. &c., Troy March 1st 1833, S. E. Gibbs Superintendent". This is a burial log for Troy, Rensselaer Co NY. >> Can anyone identify this S.E. Gibbs? Anyone know his full name or his family? My ancestor, Theodore Gibbs born 1806 was later a Clerk of Court--like father, like son? Could the "S" be for Sylvester--Theo's son's name? Grasping at straws here, but it's a clue! Worth checking out, I think... If anyone can ID this S.E. Gibbs, I'd appreciate the help! thanks, Cyndi in Baltimore
