I am hoping someone on this list may have some knowledge of James W. Phillips and his wife Deborah Birdsall Phillips both born in Ulster Co. about 1800. By 1862 they were living in West Troy/Watervliet (Troy City Directories) 3 of their children were also found living in the area. Charles H. Phillips in the city of Rensselaer,died there 11 Nov. 1904. Clarkson G. Phillips in Watervliet,died there 26 Feb 1914 Phoebe Ann married James M. Gemmill lived in Lansingburgh died there 14 Sept 1900. Anxious to hear from any descendants or anyone having information about any of these folks. Margot
