Hi, If my ancestor lived in what used to be called West Troy (1840's), can you tell me what the nearest catholic church would have been? Hopefully it is still around as well. I found an old piece of paper my father was jotting notes about my gggrandfather and I saw "W. Troy" written BUT when my gggrandfather joined the civil war in 1862, he put down his last place of residence was "Troy, NY". Just wondering. Thanks, Patti
