>From my 1876 map, looks like St. Mary's Catholic is closest. It looks like the corner of Washington and Church streets. I don't understand the question about Ward 7 and St. Peter's church? But I did find the church in Ward 7 on the corner of Green and Hutton Streets. If anyone would like a copy of the map, I have it on two jpeg files and it takes a graphic program to open and print them. I can send them to you as an attachment to an email. It is a good map, with the wards outlined and the streets easy to read. -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA, listowner GenExchange Rensselaer County and Westchester County Coordinator http://www.genexchange.org/county.cfm?state=ny&county=rensselaer http://www.genexchange.org/county.cfm?state=ny&county=westchester Researching: Connors/OConnor, Flynn, Campbell, McEntee, Carter, Booth, Boyle, Smith, ORourke, Cullinan, Martin, Manning, Fahey, Healey http://freepages.misc.rootsweb.com/~nymets/
