Thanks for checking! I'm not sure what to think since she doesn't appear on the 1940 census with her parents, and we do know she was married briefly. I wonder if it is her - where she was until 1943 when she married my grandfather. But Alfred Quadrino is a place to start, I may be able to find other records about him. Thanks for the info!!
