It took a little bit of time but I did find alot of articles written about him and his family and the bar/saloon was mentioned but no actual name was given. Just that he was the proprieter of a saloon and the address it was located in Maspeth. I was astounded though by the number of articles that he and his family appeared in and wanted to thank you again for pointing me in the right direction. I had been aware of that website in the past but never was able to find anything. I think I was putting incorrect search words or something. As far as the library, my sister and my cousin spent some time at the Queens Library - Long Island Division and was not able to find anything about the actual name of the bar so for now it will remain a mystery but it is possible that there just was no name for it. But the articles and information I am getting now abo! ut the family is really exciting and I truly appreciate your help.
