The estate was left to two people, a sister and a niece. There were other siblings and nieces/nephews - each of these people (most of them women)weren't left anything but each were asked - "were they in military service of the United States Government in any capacity whatever and they replied that they were not, nor had they received notice of induction, nor were they in the service of any allied nation."
