Thanks Barb! The letter will go out Tuesday requesting the long form for Joseph's SS-5. Other information I found indicates the fee when one knows the number is $27 but you mentioned $29. Are you sure it's $29? The info from ancestry provides the SSN but that's the first mention of Breezy Point. Is Far Rockaway the same as saying Breezy Point? Joseph Brown was Roman Catholic. I'd like to hear suggestions as to where he might have been buried and what Roman Catholic church he might have attended in Breezy Point. From what I've been able to find my guess is St. Genevieve.
