I would suggest you try www.usgenweb.com for New York and look under Queens. Might give you some help as where to look. I know that the cemeteries charge for any information on burial sites and it is costly. Probably you best bet would be a death certificate. Request a genealogy death certificate which does not have the seal but all the information on it. Cost is I think around $22 instead of $30. You don't need an address only the month, date (if possible) and year. I know there are several cemeteries in Queens and if you do a google search it will give you sites to search (www.google.com). Not much help with direct information but hope what I gave you will give you some direction.
