The latter one is a strictly Jewish burial place. Physical closeness is not usually the determining factor in the decision as to where a person is to be buried, however--religion of the deceased is usually much more of a factor as to where they will be buried..... For instance, if your people were Roman Catholics, they would be more likely to have been buried in Mount Saint Mary's Cemetery in Flushing, or in Saint John's Cemetery in Middle Village.....
