Unless I can find the marriage certificate of my great grandparents Jacob Frey and Franziska Schmitt from the middle 1870's in either King of Queens county all of the data I have collected on the ancestry of Franziska is useless. I have to have a US document that shows the full names of her parents. I have everything but that. I am awaiting the results of a search ordered from the Municipal Archives....the NY State Archives told me they do not have those records. IF they find it, does anyone know what information it will contain? I have no clue as to which Catholic Church they were married in as I do not know where she lived before she married.
