Hi, I have done some research into my cousins Hungarian Jewish Grandparents and found them buried in Mt. Richmond Cemetery, 420 Clarke Avenue, Staten Island, NY. I do not have the phone number, but I am sure you could find them under yellowpages.com. I also came into contact with the "Hebrew Free Burial Association", located at 224 West 35th Street, Room 300, New York, New York 10001 - The phone number is 212-239-1662.
