Yes, Alburtis Avenue became 104th Street. It had also been called Sycamore Avenue. I lived a few houses away from the church, just across the street. It's still there but it may no longer be Lutheran, perhaps Korean. This is spelling as appears on certificate. However , I can find no address like that for Lutheran Churches in Corona. Did find an Emanuel Lutheran Church at 3757 104th St. Corona, N.Y..
