    2. If you know when and where he died, look in the newspapers at that time for an obituary. Obits generally list any spouse or children and possibly a sibling or two. This will give you a start in finding any family he left behind, which, if I'm reading your post correctly, is what you want to find. Also check with the cemetery and/or funeral home to see if they list any remaining family. His death certificate would lie the relative who provided any information for the certificate. He emigrated to the United States and enlisted in the Army in 1941 in Jamacia NY. He was in the First Army 953rd Artillery Battalion : Battery B. His army # was 32115416. If still alive today day Nicholas would be approx 91 years of age. I have reason to believe that after the war he came to live in Flushings Long Island, Queens NY. My Grandmother showed me a letter written during the war from Nicholas (who would be her Uncle) to her father George Corrigan and mother "Lil" - and she would like to find him or his family! Can anyone help me out? Thanks! Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
