She also had a son by the same name and apparently moved back to Queens to be with family after widowed... totally guessing that last part as she is living with 2 brothers and a sister in 1910 Queens with her children. Brothers are Thomas I. Cahill aged 45, Hugh G. Cahill aged 47 and sister Margaret F. Cahill aged 40. Ella was HH and 53. Also a niece in the household Ella F. Cahill aged 16.
