I don't think "Korean" is a religion. The churches here in Atlanta that have mainly Korean populations are mostly Christian and may be Lutheran or Methodist or Presbyterian. Often the church keeps going because of these new immigrants. I know that is true with some Roman Catholic churches in New York City. So the church may still be Lutheran. Elizabeth >Yes, Alburtis Avenue became 104th Street. It had also been called Sycamore Avenue. I lived a few houses away from the church, just across the street. It's still there but it may no longer be Lutheran, perhaps Korean. Steve from Corona

Do look on your posting history as I have posted to another of your queries just do not recall where. Take a look in www.helenezx.homestead.com Slovak Pride Index. You can connect with the descendant who posted surname NIZNIK. An ALL site for research in Slovakia should be of help www.iabsi.com/gen/public The Presov archive's church records are on the internet so you can view them on your computer screen. You might want to post on Slovak Republic's board with your surnames as well as http://genforum.com If you wish, you can contact me off the board. I do not subscribe to Ancestry.
