We have an exciting lineup planned for this year. The meeting this Wednesday will be at the Booth Library in Newtown at 7pm. All are welcome to attend. The speaker this Wednesday is Jolene Mullen. Jolene Mullen, a member of the Connecticut Professional Genealogist Council, has been researching for twenty years. She started with her own family genealogy and now researches for others and conducts genealogy workshops. She is a national field genealogist with the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Connecticut DAR State Chair of the Volunteer Genealogy Committee. She is also the state registrar for Daughters of the American Colonists, Colonial Dames of the Seventeenth Century, and the Connecticut Society Children of the American Revolution.
