I lived in Phillipstown on the Old Albany Post Road just south of the Dutchess County line when I was a child. There was a farm back behind our property that was owned by Fred Mosher. His wife's name was Anna and they had on daughter Roberta. They had milk cows. I would guess that he was born in the between 1915 and 1920. He sold most of the property in the mid 1960s. He kept a few acres that shared our property line, to build a small house. I believe his daughter still lives in the house. I hope this help in some way.
