I am interested in identifying the parents of Daniel GAY of Southeast, Dutchess County, New York. He was born 1749 – 1752, perhaps in Connecticut, and he died 20 June 1812 in Southeast, Putnam County, New York. He married Sarah Kelly (31 March 1754 – 22 Oct 1847)between 1770 – 1774 in Southeast, NY.   I would appreciate any information on DANIEL GAY, my 5th Great-Grandfather, a Revolutionary Soldier.
