Isaac Adams Smith m. first: Elizabeth Hughson (d. of George Hughson) before 1784 and had the following children: Daniel Smith b 1784 (married Easter Shay and died in OH) Jeremiah Hughson Smith b 1786 (may have married Lydia Clems and also Elizabeth Kuder Gregory and ended up in IN) Betsey Smith b 1789 Elizabeth Smith b 1791 Isaac Adams Smith m. second: Sarah Wixon (d. of Peleg Wixon) before 1792 and had the following children: Isaac Adams Smith Jr b 1792 (married Lydia Wright, possibly d. of John Wright and Tamer Mabie, and died in Wyoming County NY) David Smith b 1794 Ada Smith b 1796 Oran or Orrin Smith b 1796 (married Rebecca Thomas) Fannie b 1800 (married Richard Flewellen and ended up in Michigan) Sarah (or Sally) b 1803 or 5 (married David Mason) Nathan (also known as John Nathan) b 1807 (married a Cynthia with surname either Kellog or Ryan, Nathan was killed in the Civil War) Isaac Adams Smith m. third: Anna Evans (or Wixon?) before 1813 and had the following children: Philemon Smith b 1813. (may have married a Moody) I would love to hear from anyone connected with any of these families. My 2 goals are to try to figure out the early family (I have no idea where these Smiths were before Duchess/Putnam Co) and to try to find as many descendants as possible to work with to figure this family out. Go to http://au.groups.yahoo.com/group/smith_family_connection/ or http://nancyinoz.tribalpages.com/ for more info. There will be a reunion of Smith family descendants of Isaac Adams Smith jr.'s son Benjamin Franklin Smith in KS on memorial day weekend 2010 please get in touch if you are even remotely related or have the slightest scrap of information that you suspect might be useful! thanks, Nancy Cathy-0 wrote: > To all Members of the Putnam mailing list, > > It seems a good time to have a Roll Call. > > Here's how this will work.
