TOPIC: Westchester County Genealogical Society is honored to welcome Libby McKee with her talk on Genealogy Opens Doors of Hospitality to the DAR this coming Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 10am. Libby McKee has been a member of the Quassaick Chapter (Newburgh, NY) of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) since 1985 and served as Chapter Regent for six consecutive years. Libby served as State Regent from 2004-2007 and serves now as one of twenty-one National Vice Presidents General. She recently returned from a four-day workshop to become a Genealogical Consultant with the DAR and travels around the state giving workshops to help people navigate through the DAR database to prepare their applications for membership.
