Kent is a township within Carmel. The Raymond Hill Cemetery is on the west side of RT. 52 north of Carmel, about 1/4 mile BEFORE you get to the intersection of SR 52 and CR 48. -----Original Message----- From: nyputnam-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:nyputnam-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of nancy@netspeed.com.au Sent: Sunday, July 20, 2008 8:03 AM To: billforshay@yahoo.com; nyputnam@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [NYPUTNAM] James D. & Etta Wyatt Hi Bill, as far as I know, Kent was one of the towna carved out of Fredericks. I have ancestors who lived there. I live in Australia but am visiting NY right now, and tomorrow I will be going to Poughkeepsie to look at deeds, probably going to Putnam later in the day, and I will ask if anyone knows where that cemetery is.
