There is a description in the back of the Atlas of the 244 acre "Barstow Farm", which has been in the described Barstow family since 1844. The description describes it as being on the Skaneateles Turnpike, and includes some genealogical information on the Barstow family. On today's County Map, this "corner" would be the intersection of Otsego County Highway 25 and South Road, in the Town of Richfield.
