I am descended from Hiram Sr and Hiram jr and Cora Peterson! I have traced Hiram sr all the way back to Butternuts, NY with no trace of the family there remaining. I am guessing they did not live there long. This was a very mobile family. I would love to hear from you, esp. if you have any leads! I have an ancestry.com account with Hiram sr and Hiram jr and as much info as I can on the brothers of Hiram. This account is as accurate as I can get it for now.
