I transcribed 800 of those marriages from 1908-Sept. 14, 1910 several years ago and they are on the Otsego Co. web page (usgenweb.com). These records so have witnesses listed. I don't know if they are on familysearch.org or not. There are also some books with divorces...can't remember how many or dates.
