    3. There is a series of Marriage Licenses from 1908 to 1935 that are held at the County Clerks offices and they are open to the public. Many of them are now available online at familysearch.org. Then select "New York, County Marriages, 1908-1935<https://familysearch.org/search/collection/show#uri=http://familysearch.org/searchapi/search/collection/1618491>" to see the list of counties available, and then you can search by name.
