It's always interesting how people can always seem to find another way to look at a situation . . . The census reports after 1856 (when Hannah Butts Upham died) included Hannah Upham as the wife of Jared, so it was the same woman as in the 1850 census, and could not have been my ancestor. I'm still "hopeful" that others like yourself will find that missing bit of info I need to clear this up. Again, thanks for your time and assistance.
