In the Name of God, Amen, I Rebecca Russell of the town of Otsego and the County of Otsego in the State of New York, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound [?] and perfect mind, Blessed be the Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First, I give and bequeath unto my Son Gideon H. Russell two hundred fifty dollars to be paid to him two years after my decease, also one feather bed to be delivered to him by my Executors at my decease. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca all my wearing apparel, the [?] chest of drawers [?], one maple table, one great wheel and clock seel [?] at my decease. I give and bequeath unto my son Darick Russell all the remainder **ing personal property. Also I give and bequeath unto my said son Darick all my real estate to him and his heirs and assigns forever upon condition that he shall pay to my son Gideon two hundred and fifty dollars as is above gives him in this my will. Lastly I appoint Darick Russell my son and Plat [sic] St John my son-in-law executors of this my last will and Testament. In **** whereof I have hereunto let my hand and seal the twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen. Signed, Sealed, Publ! ished and declared to be her last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed and named as witnesses in the presence of the Testatrix.
