The Hines family sold the farm sometime before 1920. It's hard to pin the exact location of the farm down, since the Hines may have bought and sold the property BETWEEN censuses. I suspect that the Babcocks aren't living in the houses that they buy and sell, either. They're just dabbling in real estate to make some $$$.
