At www.fultonhistory.com found obituary for Arthur in the March 13 or 18, 1936, Otsego Farmer, Cooperstown paper. He was born 12/1/1889 to Fred & elfreda Owens, married Della Cole. Survived by his wife, Mother, two brothers, and two sisters, Leon of Oneonta, Frederick of Hornell, Mrs Meribah Clow of Germantown, Hazel Owens of Oneonta. Burial will be in Milford Cemetery. In 1940 Germantown, Columbia County I found Meribah(54), husband Charles(74), and son Leland(21) indexed with the last name CLAW. If you do an exact search at fultonhistory for meribah clow you will get 2 hits, the 1st is Arthur's obit, the 2nd is an obit for daughter of Meribah in 1967.
