I, too, had the same problem. But I kept going back to it - the page I filled out - and finally it let me in to the database and I was able to search for about ten minutes. Then it quit on me and wouldn't let me back in. I have a feeling it has too many hits on the site at present. Perhaps try back at a later time - or keep the page up and try every few seconds, minutes to register. It does work, but is probably very busy.
