I've had no problem at all ... after the 2 pages of the "registration" and questionnaire you click on the "Take me to the Register online"... on that page type in a first & last name, hit enter and it gives a list of the publication year, volume & page numbers where that name appears... I've spent the last 3 days on it. Barb
