VBG I've written several articles over the years about my 3x-gr-grandfather, Abner Pier, and as I find more details, am writing more. I'm working on one about the "Annus Horribilis" of his poor wife, Lucy, the year (Nov 1810-Jan 1811) when Abner and so many of their children died.
