I have been noticing lately that several recent posters have ancestors who were born in Cherry Valley, Otsego Co., NY at the turn of the century, ca. 1800. I would appreciate it if you would keep your eye out for my ancestor b. in Cherry Valley in 1821 or 1817; his name was William James (W.J.) Winney.
