Hi Marc, According the Cemetery Map of Otsego Co., Roseboom, which Hugh MacDougall told you is the township for South Valley, does not list a Pramer Hill Cemetery. It lists the following cemeteries: 220 Roseboom Cemetery (Rt 57) 312 Winne Graveyard (located off Rt 165 by Ziefle Rd) 238 South Valley & Pleasant Brook (Rt 165) 288 Unknown ( Rt 165) 233 Sisum Cemetery (Rt 50) 278 Unknown (Cemetery is located at eastern edge of Roseboom almost to the Schoharie Co. line; way off Edwards Rd) 95 Forgotten Cemetery (located on Rt 50) Perhaps Pramer Hill Cem. is one of the unknown cemeteries. I did not even find the name Pramer Hill on the Roseboom township map.
