According to the NYS Library website, there is an 1825 state census for Otsego County. Has anyone seen this? Is it like the early US censuses with only head of household named?

Sadly,........ All that remains is part of the Town of Otsego which is the township in which Cooperstown is located. No information for any other townships in the county. Leigh Leigh C.
