Thomas' parents were Stephen and Mary (Potter?) Cummings who probably died in Otsego Co., NY about 1815 timeframe. Cannot find a Will or grave site for either Stephen or Mary. LODEMA BLANCHARD CUMMIN(G)S had a sister or sister-in-law Phebe Blanchard b. about 1784 and married to a Bryant. She was believed of Otsego Co., NY and later of Chatham Twp., Tioga Co., PA.
