I have just finished indexing the 1855 Oneonta State Census and will do lookups. Please try to include both surname and first name and any spellings of name. HARRIS, John b ca 1804 born in England or NY First wife's name is unknown but by 1860 he was remarried to a Margaret. Year of marriage unk. Daughter, Caroline (Carrie) J. HARRIS b ca 1839 is my interest. 1850, John had 10 children but on the 1860 census only one was residing at home in Oneonta.
