Hi Mary, I have indexed 1855, 1865, 1875 & am in the processing of doing 1892 but I don't find any Caroline (Carrie) Signor. In fact I only found on Signor. 1892 isn't finished..ther are 7 districts about 15-16 pages each and I'm only into the 2nd district but I do begin to see a lot of Italians from Italy. In 1875 the population almost doubled..became two election districts.. due to the railroad and it continued to increase. Signor is a known name here in Oneonta but unfortuantely I haven't found it in the census Are you sure they lived in Oneonta or possibly a town around Oneonta, like Milford or Otego?
