I will be send 4 emails through the list with Marriage & Death Notices from the Oneonta Herald & Democrat to complete the year 1878 of which Jan.-May is posted on the Otsego Co. web page. Jan will post them to the web page when time permits. After 1878 is finished, I will periodically, as I get them done, send emails starting with Jan. 2, 1874 to begin to fill in the gap between 1874 and 1878.
