I have just sent out the 19 emails to a total of 29 people, of whom 1 didn't get anything. Apparently late last night MSN decided not to have anything to do with AOL and I can't send anything to my friends on AOL. So those of you on AOL who have requested this little booklet, please bear with me. I will keep trying. I would also like to clarify once again, that there are NO publication dates, NO title page, NOTHING. The 19 pages that I sent out, which includes the foreward, is the sum total of this little booklet. The only clue that we know when it was written is that the author mentions the death of his wife in 1947 and I found that he died in 1977.
