Now banks and other places often tell you to make up a word with both letters and numbers, which makes it even harder to steal or attempt to steal. Not that I have enough to be worth stealing!! I only have minute, but wanted to say this... You should never give your mother's maiden name to a financial institution or business. You do not have to. You can say you would rather not and tell them that you will be happy to give them a code word in some other category. Susan M.
