You asked if I had the "o" key missing. No, I don't. Kathleen is right. I'm Jewish. We write G-d this way so they we do not destroy the name of G-d when we delete or erase or throw out anything that has G-d's name written out on it, which is what we would be doing if Hashem's name was fully written out. Hashem is another name for G-d, as is Adoni. In Hebrew Adoni is written a special way, because it is one of the names for G-d and it needs to be special. It was translated by Christian writers in those early centuries as Jehovah. Hope this clears my writing up, and again I'm sorry, I was way behind in e-mail and just saw the postings tonight.
